Hello, my name is Xia (zee-uh), and I am the owner of Spira Massage Therapy in Aptos, California. With a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and dance, I have dedicated years to understanding how touch, movement, and breath can restore balance and promote well-being. I hold a bachelor's degree in health science, diplomas in clinical massage therapy and esthetics, and have completed over 1,000 hours of hands-on bodywork training. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology to deepen my knowledge of the mind-body connection. At Spira, I create a serene and restorative environment where you can sink into stillness, release tension, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. I believe every act of care, whether given or received, contributes to building a more compassionate world.
