Hello, my name is Xia (zee-uh), and I am the owner of Spira Massage Therapy in Aptos, California. With a background in anatomy, physiology, and dance, I have built my profession around an appreciation of the human body and movement. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, a diploma in Clinical Massage Therapy and Esthetics, and I am currently completing a Master of Science in Psychology to enhance my knowledge of the mind-body connection.. My goal is to create a compassionate, nurturing, and rejuvenating environment where you can deeply relax and recover. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your path towards health and wellness.
