My journey with movement began in gymnastics, both as a student and later as a coach, where I discovered how the body communicates emotion, intention, and energy. This early curiosity about anatomy, physiology, and the ways our bodies carry tension inspired me to take coursework in Health Science and Psychology at Cabrillo College and earn a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Health from The Evergreen State College in 2017, with a focus on somatics, psychology, and dance.
I hold a Clinical Massage Therapy diploma from the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts (CAMTC certified) and a license in Esthetics, and I continue expanding my skills through ongoing professional education with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the American Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at Arizona State University, where I also serve as a graduate teaching assistant, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection and integrative approaches to wellness.
Each step of my journey—from coaching and creative movement to academic research and hands-on bodywork—has shaped an approach that is attentive, evidence-informed, and personalized for each client. My goal is to create a space where they can reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and restore balance, embracing moments of stillness and renewal. Through the Living Well Blog, I explore these mind-body connections more deeply, sharing insights and reflections to support ongoing wellness. It is a privilege to accompany each client on their unique path toward healing, presence, and well-being.
